2.2.安全運行與風控驗證。為了保障軟體與服務的安全運行,防止您的個人資訊被非法獲取,更準確地預防欺詐和保護帳號安全,我們可能會主動收集您的設備資訊【包括:設備/硬體型號、設備名稱、SIM卡序列號(如ICCID)、硬體/設備序列號(SN)、設備唯一識別字(包括:IMEI、IMSI、Android ID、IDFA、Serial、AAID、UDID、VAID、IDFV、OAID、MEID)、運行中的進程、存儲(相冊、媒體和其他檔)、流覽器類型和設置、語言設置、感測器、操作系統、操作系統版本號和應用程式版本、應用列表、網路設備硬體地址(MAC地址)、WLAN-MAC、WLAN接入點(如SSID,BSSID)、IP地址、藍牙地址、接入網絡的方式、網路質量數據、基站、移動網路資訊(包括運營商名稱)、設備感測器數據(如加速度感測器、線性加速度感測器、重力感測器、陀螺儀感測器)、軟體版本號以及軟體使用記錄資訊上傳到伺服器處理,用於安全風控驗證。如您不同意我們收集前述資訊,可能無法完成風控驗證。請您理解,為動態檢測您的帳戶是否存在異常登錄,每次您把閎康會員專區切換至後臺或重新啟動程式時,我們可能會再次讀取,我們將把讀取頻次控制在合理範圍內。為了維護網路安全、保障良好生態,您的IP地址所對應的歸屬地域資訊將會展示在您的個人資料頁、筆記發佈頁和評論中。境內展示到省(區、市),境外展示到國家(地區),資訊以網路運營商數據為准。
2.3.1.當您使用帳號找回功能時,我們可能會收集您的手機號。若您拒絕提供,不會影響閎康會員專區其他功能的正常使用。
2.3.設備許可權調用匯總
我們對閎康會員專區在提供服務過程中,會調用您的主要設備許可權匯總如下。您可以在設備的設置功能中選擇關閉部分或全部許可權。在不同設備中,許可權顯示方式及關閉方式可能有所不同,具體請參考設備及系統開發方說明或指引:

3.我們可能從第三方間接獲取您的個人資訊
如果您使用第三方平臺的帳號登錄時,經過您明確授權帳號綁定後,第三方平臺會向我們同步您在該平臺上使用的頭像、昵稱、地區(如有)、性別(如有)及好友資訊,以使您可以直接登錄並使用閎康會員專區。
如您不希望綁定微信,可以在【會員中心】-【設置】-【解綁微信】。
4.征得授權同意的例外
根據相關法律法規的規定,在以下情形中,我們可以在不征得您的授權同意的情況下收集、使用一些必要的個人資訊:
(1)為訂立、履行個人作為一方當事人的合同所必需,或者按照依法制定的勞動規章制度和依法簽訂的集體合同實施人力資源管理所必需;
(2)為履行法定職責或者法定義務所必需;
(3)為應對突發公共衛生事件,或者緊急情況下為保護自然人的生命健康和財產安全所必需;

d.帳號安全服務:為保障您和其他用戶的帳號與財產安全,使您和我們的正當合法權益免受不法侵害,第三方安全服務商可能會收集您的必要設備資訊、網路相關資訊、運營商資訊、日誌資訊、存儲(相冊、媒體和其他檔)(包括在後臺狀態下收集)資訊以提供帳號安全服務。

2.變更或撤回授權範圍
您可通過【會員中心-設置】解除微信帳號綁定;
您也可以通過設備本身操作系統變更或撤回您對通知、網路、相機(攝像頭)、相機(攝像頭)、存儲(相冊、媒體和其他檔),不同設備型號的功能可能不盡相同,我們將根據您變更或撤回授權的設置進行個人資訊的收集,如您撤回授權我們將不再收集與這些許可權相關的資訊,但提請您注意這將導致部分功能或全部功能的不可用。同時,您變更或撤回授權的決定,不會影響我們此前基於您的授權而進行的個人資訊處理。
