閎康會員專區是諮詢活動平臺，閎康會員專區以分享相關技術文章，活動為主。我們將在本政策中依次向您說明每項功能可能收集的個人資訊範圍、收集目的、收集方式，以及拒絕提供個人資訊可能導致的結果。請您知悉，您拒絕提供各項功能實現所必要的對應資訊時，仍然可以使用閎康會員專區App的其他功能。

收集Image資訊的行為說明

我們的應用程式在特定功能或操作中，會涉及用戶Image資訊的收集。具體而言，當用戶進行以下操作時，我們會收集其Image資訊：

1.帳號註冊及登錄

1.1.當您註冊及登錄時，我們將收集您的【手機號】、【姓名】、【性別】、【出生年月】、【公司/學校】和【E-mail】，以為您提供閎康會員專區初始服務。如不希望提供，您可以在收集頁面右上角點擊【...】-【跳過此步驟】。

1.2.如果您使用第三方帳號進行登錄，為了滿足網路實名制要求，在您使用發佈、評論及其他要求實名認證的功能與服務前，我們將另行收集您的手機號碼以完成實名認證。請您謹慎考慮後提供這類資訊，若您拒絕提供，您可能無法正常使用相應的功能。

1.3. 您還可以根據自身需求選擇填寫或更改【頭像】、【姓名】、【性別】、【出生年月】、【公司/學校】、【地址】、【昵稱】、【部門】和【E-mail】資訊來完善您的資訊，但如您不提供此類資訊，不會影響您使用本產品和相關服務。

1.4. 如果您成功註冊閎康會員專區帳號，我們會在閎康會員專區應用程式及網站中顯示您的名字、頭像、簡介資訊。

1.5.閎康會員專區App圖片Image資訊的收集和使用上傳或拍攝圖片Image資訊：當您使用我們的應用程式拍攝或上傳照片時，我們會收集並上傳這些影像資訊，以便提供相關功能和服務、改進應用程式功能。

2.向您提供技術文章/或服務

2.1.資訊流覽、發佈、活動抽獎等功能

2.1.2.當您使用更換頭像功能時，我們會請求您授權存儲（相冊、媒體和其他檔）、相機（攝像頭）許可權。您如果拒絕授權提供，將無法使用相應功能，但不影響您正常使用閎康會員專區的其他功能。

2.2.安全運行與風控驗證。為了保障軟體與服務的安全運行，防止您的個人資訊被非法獲取，更準確地預防欺詐和保護帳號安全，我們可能會主動收集您的設備資訊【包括：設備/硬體型號、設備名稱、SIM卡序列號（如ICCID）、硬體/設備序列號（SN）、設備唯一識別字（包括：IMEI、IMSI、Android ID、IDFA、Serial、AAID、UDID、VAID、IDFV、OAID、MEID）、運行中的進程、存儲（相冊、媒體和其他檔）、流覽器類型和設置、語言設置、感測器、操作系統、操作系統版本號和應用程式版本、應用列表、網路設備硬體地址（MAC地址）、WLAN-MAC、WLAN接入點（如SSID，BSSID）、IP地址、藍牙地址、接入網絡的方式、網路質量數據、基站、移動網路資訊（包括運營商名稱）、設備感測器數據（如加速度感測器、線性加速度感測器、重力感測器、陀螺儀感測器）、軟體版本號以及軟體使用記錄資訊上傳到伺服器處理，用於安全風控驗證。如您不同意我們收集前述資訊，可能無法完成風控驗證。請您理解，為動態檢測您的帳戶是否存在異常登錄，每次您把閎康會員專區切換至後臺或重新啟動程式時，我們可能會再次讀取，我們將把讀取頻次控制在合理範圍內。為了維護網路安全、保障良好生態，您的IP地址所對應的歸屬地域資訊將會展示在您的個人資料頁、筆記發佈頁和評論中。境內展示到省(區、市)，境外展示到國家(地區)，資訊以網路運營商數據為准。

2.3.1.當您使用帳號找回功能時，我們可能會收集您的手機號。若您拒絕提供，不會影響閎康會員專區其他功能的正常使用。

2.3.設備許可權調用匯總

我們對閎康會員專區在提供服務過程中，會調用您的主要設備許可權匯總如下。您可以在設備的設置功能中選擇關閉部分或全部許可權。在不同設備中，許可權顯示方式及關閉方式可能有所不同，具體請參考設備及系統開發方說明或指引：

3.我們可能從第三方間接獲取您的個人資訊

如果您使用第三方平臺的帳號登錄時，經過您明確授權帳號綁定後，第三方平臺會向我們同步您在該平臺上使用的頭像、昵稱、地區（如有）、性別（如有）及好友資訊，以使您可以直接登錄並使用閎康會員專區。

如您不希望綁定微信，可以在【會員中心】-【設置】-【解綁微信】。

4.征得授權同意的例外

根據相關法律法規的規定，在以下情形中，我們可以在不征得您的授權同意的情況下收集、使用一些必要的個人資訊：

（1）為訂立、履行個人作為一方當事人的合同所必需，或者按照依法制定的勞動規章制度和依法簽訂的集體合同實施人力資源管理所必需；

（2）為履行法定職責或者法定義務所必需；

（3）為應對突發公共衛生事件，或者緊急情況下為保護自然人的生命健康和財產安全所必需；

（4）為公共利益實施新聞報導、輿論監督等行為，在合理的範圍內處理個人資訊；

（5）依照《個人資訊保護法》規定在合理的範圍內處理個人自行公開或者其他已經合法公開的個人資訊；

（6）法律法規規定的其他情形。

二、關於資訊分享

我們不會將您的個人資訊出售給第三方。但在以下情況下，我們可能會分享您的資訊：

1.依法或應政府要求

3.與我們的子公司、聯營公司或業務合作夥伴分享

合作的第三方SDK服務商：當您使用閎康會員專區APP中由第三方提供的功能時，我們可能會接入由第三方提供的軟體開發包（SDK）以實現相關功能。此時，第三方SDK服務商可能會收集您相關的個人資訊。我們會盡到審慎義務，對前述第三方SDK進行嚴格的安全監測，以保護個人資訊安全：

a.一鍵登錄功能：為給您提供帳號登錄——一鍵登錄功能，第三方服務商可能會獲取您的必要設備資訊、網路相關資訊、地理位置、存儲（相冊、媒體和其他檔）（包括在後臺狀態下收集）資訊;

b.第三方帳號登錄功能：為給您提供第三方帳號登錄的功能，第三方服務商可能會獲取您的必要設備資訊、網路相關資訊、地理位置、存儲（相冊、媒體和其他檔）（包括在後臺狀態下收集）資訊；

c.消息推送服務：為給您提供消息推送，第三方推送服務商可能會獲取您的推送SDK版本號、必要設備資訊、手機狀態資訊、地理位置資訊、網路相關資訊、存儲（相冊、媒體和其他檔）（包括在後臺狀態下收集）資訊以便推送您可能更感興趣的資訊；

d.帳號安全服務：為保障您和其他用戶的帳號與財產安全，使您和我們的正當合法權益免受不法侵害，第三方安全服務商可能會收集您的必要設備資訊、網路相關資訊、運營商資訊、日誌資訊、存儲（相冊、媒體和其他檔）（包括在後臺狀態下收集）資訊以提供帳號安全服務。

這些資訊可能涉及敏感個人資訊，拒絕提供可能會影響您參加相關活動，但不會影響其他功能。只有經過您的同意，我們才會將這些資訊與關聯方或第三方共用，以保障您在活動中獲得體驗一致的服務，或委託第三方及時向您兌現獎勵。

5.與我們的關聯公司必要共用：我們可能會與我們的關聯公司共用您的個人資訊。我們只會共用必要的個人資訊，且這種共用受本政策所聲明的目的的約束。關聯公司如要改變個人資訊的處理目的，將再次征得您的授權和同意；

1.個人資訊副本的訪問、獲取、更正和刪除相關資訊

我們通過交互介面的設計，為您提供了可自行訪問、獲取、更正和刪除相關個人資訊的管道，您可通過以下方式進行設置：

（1）通過【會員中心-個人資訊】訪問、獲取、更正自己的個人資料，含頭像、昵稱、性別、地址、姓名、性別、出生年月、公司/學校、部門、Email。

（2）通過【會員中心-設置】設置、訪問、獲取、登錄密碼、修改綁定手機號、微信帳號；

2.變更或撤回授權範圍

您可通過【會員中心-設置】解除微信帳號綁定；

您也可以通過設備本身操作系統變更或撤回您對通知、網路、相機（攝像頭）、相機（攝像頭）、存儲（相冊、媒體和其他檔），不同設備型號的功能可能不盡相同，我們將根據您變更或撤回授權的設置進行個人資訊的收集，如您撤回授權我們將不再收集與這些許可權相關的資訊，但提請您注意這將導致部分功能或全部功能的不可用。同時，您變更或撤回授權的決定，不會影響我們此前基於您的授權而進行的個人資訊處理。

五、您如何註銷您的帳號

您可以通過【會員中心-設置-註銷帳號】來註銷您的帳號；帳號註銷後，您的個人資訊將會從閎康會員專區移除。

六、有關第三方提供產品和/或服務的特別說明

閎康會員專區中可能包括第三方產品和/或服務或鏈接至第三方提供的資訊和/或服務，該第三方產品和/或服務在使用前，您需要跳轉到相應的小程式或第三方頁面。您使用該第三方服務（包括您向該第三方提供的任何個人資訊），須受該第三方的服務條款及隱私政策（而非本政策）約束，您需要仔細閱讀其條款並自行決定是否接受。請您妥善保護自己的個人資訊，僅在必要的情況下向他人提供。本政策僅適用於我們所收集、保存、使用、共用、披露資訊，並不適用於任何第三方提供的服務或第三方的資訊使用規則，第三方使用您資訊時的行為由其自行負責。

（3）通過閎康會員專區所設cookies所取得的有關資訊，將適用本政策。

1. Account registration and login

1.2. If you use a third-party account to log in, in order to meet the requirements of network real name authentication, we will collect your mobile phone number separately to complete real name authentication before you use the functions and services that require real name authentication such as posting, commenting, and others. Please consider carefully before providing this type of information. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to use the corresponding functions properly.

1.3. You can also choose to fill in or change your profile picture, name, gender, date of birth, company/school, address, nickname, department, and email information according to your own needs to improve your information. However, if you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of this product and related services.

1.4. If you successfully register for the Hongkang Member Zone account, we will display your name, avatar, and profile information in the Hongkang Member Zone application and website.

1.5. Collection and Use of Image Information in Hongkang Member Area App: When you use our application to take or upload photos, we will collect and upload these image information in order to provide relevant functions and services, and improve the functionality of the application.

2. Provide you with technical articles/or services

2.1. Information browsing, publishing, activity lottery and other functions

2.1.2. When you use the avatar replacement function, we will request your authorization to store (albums, media, and other files) and camera (webcam) permissions. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions in the Hongkang Member Zone.
